STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF ANOKA ,~u\rJ' '\ ~~ ;) . ii., \\ A'\ "i/~ 'fil ,r' \ \V ~A..~yY . ervi[[e CITY OF CENTERVILLE NOTICE OF PUBliC HEARING RE-ZONE FROM R-l (RURAL RESIDENTIAL) to R-2 (SINGLE FAMll..Y RESIDENTIAL) PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD), LOT COlVIBINATION, PRELIMlNARY PLAT & COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT ADVANCING THE DEVELOPMENT STAGING/DATE FOR ANTICIPATED DEVELOPMENT (MUSA) FROM 2006 & 2011 TO 2003 ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROPOSED HUNTERS CROSSING 2ND ADDmON PHASE I & n SUBDIVISIONS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Centerville will consider Mr. Richard S. Carlson's request to Re- Zone, Lot Combination, Preliminary Plat and Advancing the Development Staging!MUSA from 2006 & 2011 to 2003 associated with the proposed Hunters Crossing 2nd Addition Phase I & IT Subdivisions. The meetings will be held on Tuesday, June 3,2003 & Wednesday, June 11,2003 commencing at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The meetings will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. A Public Hearing for Re-Zone, Lot Combination and Preliminary Plat was held at the Planning and Zoning Commission on May 6, 2003 and the Commission recommended approval of the Lot Combination and Preliminary Plat to City Council. No action was taken on the Re-Zone request at this Public Hearing. . A Public Hearing for Re-Zone, Lot Combination and Preliminary Plat was held at the City Council meeting on May 14, 2003 and action was taken to continue the public hearing until June 25, 2003 at their regularly scheduled meeting. Mr. Carlson has signed a 60 day waiver allowing the City additional time to consider the above stated matters. All persons interested are invited to attend and to be heard orally or in writing.
