General Nuisances <br /> <br />901.01 Public Nu1tance DefJued. Whoever by his ad or failure to perform a <br />legal duty cloes any of the foBow:lng is guilty of maintalDlng a pubUc nuisance, which is <br />a misdemeanor: <br /> <br />(1) Maintains or permits a condition which unreasonabty annoys, <br />injures, Or eadaDlJen die safety, health, morals, comfort, or <br />repose of any COIUlderable number ot members of the public; <br />or <br /> <br />(Z) lDter.feres ~ obstructs, or reDders dangerous for passage, <br />any pubUc hiehway or ript-of-way, or waten used by tile <br />public:; or <br /> <br />(3) Is gu.u.ty of any other act or OmlssioD declared by law or this <br />code to be a publk Du.fsance aDd for which DO sentence Is <br />specifically provided. <br /> <br />901.02 Public Nuisance Affeetiae Health.
