RESOLUTION #11 -0.30 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION <br /> FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br /> WHEREAS, Anoka County receives an entitlement of Community Development Block <br /> Grant funding (CDBG), and <br /> WHEREAS, Anoka County is soliciting projects qualifying for use of such grant funding, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to use a portion of the CDBG funding to acquire certain <br /> properties in the downtown redevelopment project area. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of <br /> Centerville, authorizes the submission of an application for Community Development <br /> Block Grant Funds through Anoka County and the Mayor and Administrator are hereby <br /> authorized to execute necessary documents to facilitate the grant. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council the 28th day of December, 2011. <br /> Tom Wilharber, Mayor <br /> Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br />
