CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Wilharber called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> II. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> None <br /> III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> The Mayor reviewed the Set Agenda with Council which included Work Session Meeting <br /> Minutes, Check #27019 -27027 and Res. #12 -0XX — Approving State of MN JPA w /City on <br /> Behalf of its City Attorney & Centennial Lakes Police Department (Allowing Use of State's <br /> Criminal Justice Date Network). <br /> The Mayor requested that Items #3 & 4 be added under New Business 135W /E Coalition and <br /> Rush Line Corridor Meeting (respectively). <br /> Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Love, to approve the <br /> Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> 1. January 11, 2012 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve the <br /> January 11, 2012 City Council Meeting Minutes as presented.
