.� City of e , 4.1Z, _ Centerville Communication Expertise Many projects for which Todd has been involved with have required significant education, input, and developing consensus with residence, review agencies, and elected officials. Todd has conducted task force with members of the public for many communities ranging from the flood issues in St. Anthony, to storm water management plans in the City of Alexandria, Bloomington, and nearly another dozen cities as well as completed Watershed Management Plans and facilitate the public input process for the Gun Club Lake Watershed Management Organization, Richfield- Bloomington WMO, Elm CreekWatershed Commission, and the Upper Rum RiverWMO. Todd has developed a style that seeks to understand the goals of the client, provide direction on how to apply those goals into actions, and to provide follow -up in developing consistent messages which have been very successful in receiving funding from state, local, and federal entities. Nicols Meadow Restoration Study Gun Club Lake Watershed Management Organization — Cities of Eagan, Mendota Heights, and Inver Grove Heights, MN Eagan's Nicols Meadow area is a rare natural resource within the Twin Cities Metropolitan area containing a calcareous fen and two trout streams - Kennealy and Harnack Creeks. The GCLWMO Board identified this area as a high priority item in determining the historical influences of urbanization on the wetland and streams. Todd secured funding for the Gun Club Lake WMO from the State of Minnesota to fund two separate studies in the Nicols Meadow area. These studies outlined the existing condition of the calcareous fen and trout streams and provided direction on activity currently being undertaken within the watersheds that are adversely affecting these resources and provided guidance for other agencies to initiate restoration efforts when funding becomes available.
