We anticipate collecting the following data: <br /> • Digital water <br /> resource library • Existing Surface Water Management • Stormwater resource - related <br /> • List of agency Plan (dated 2004) agreements <br /> contacts related • Water quality monitoring data for water • List and description of known water <br /> to water resource bodies and outlets within the City resource problem areas <br /> management • Climate and precipitation data • Information on stormwater funding <br /> • Summary of analysis • Geological information within the City <br /> and findings from • GIS database information including <br /> existing plan • Relevant soils maps <br /> existing and proposed land use and <br /> • MLCCS Land Cover Data drainage maps <br /> • Groundwater and well information • Previous stormwater /drainage plans <br /> within the City prepared for specific areas of the City <br /> • National wetland inventory mapping including any hydrologic /hydraulic <br /> • Impaired waters within the City modeling <br /> • FEMA flood maps • Previous reports or studies related to <br /> stormwater management or water <br /> • Aerial photos and topography of the City <br /> quality issues <br /> • Floodplain, shoreland, wetland buffer, • Subwatershed and stormwater routing <br /> erosion control, and other ordinances information <br /> related to stormwater management <br /> the City <br /> Information may also be collected from: <br /> • Rice Creek Watershed District • Department of Natural Resources <br /> • Anoka County • Pollution Control Agency <br /> • Anoka County Soil and Water • Board of Water and Soil Resources <br /> Conservation District • Metropolitan Council <br /> • USGS • US Army Corps of Engineers <br /> • US Fish and Wildlife Service <br /> WSB will review the existing City plan and compare it with the current and future regulatory <br /> requirements and local controls.
