City of <br /> ::;„ ;- Centerline <br /> TASK H - PREPARE DRAFT/FINAL REPORT <br /> PRP— This task focuses on the direct preparation and submittal of the plan document. Pursuant <br /> to Minnesota State 103B, upon completion of the plan but before adoption, the plan will be <br /> submitted for a 60 -day review and comment period to the RCWD and Metropolitan Council <br /> •% Upon receipt of the comments from the agencies, the plan will be revised and reviewed with <br /> c y l i the City. Written responses to the comments will be provided within 30 days of the end of the <br /> comment period. The City will have 120 days to adopt its Plan once approved by the RCWD. <br /> The updated plan will be completed and formatted as one comprehensive set of goals, policies, <br /> :: and implementation priorities and is anticipated to contain the following sections: <br /> ,v ,•.„ °:,` t Executive Summary- The plan will have an executive summary that summarizes the <br /> ' "` ",V? content of the surface water management plan. <br /> Introduction /Purpose - The introduction /purpose will outline why the plan was developed <br /> and how the plan is intended to be used by the City. <br /> Land and Water Resource Inventory- The plan will contain land and water resource <br /> inventory information that is relevant to the development of this document. This section <br /> will contain all of the data and assumptions used to develop the goals, policies, and <br /> problem areas. <br /> Establishment of Goals, and Policies- The plan will state specific goals and corresponding <br /> policies related to the purpose of the surface water management plan and to be consistent with <br /> the policies and goals of the regional, state, and federal programs that are currently in place. <br /> Assessment of Problems and Corrective Actions - The plan will contain a summary and <br /> assessment of existing and /or potential water resource - related problems within the City along <br /> with non - structural, structural, and /or programmatic solutions to the problems. <br /> Financial Considerations- The plan will contain an analysis of the financial impact of <br /> implementation of the proposed regulatory controls, programs, and capital improvements. <br /> Implementation Priorities and Program- The plan will prioritize implementation of <br /> studies, programs, and improvements so as to make the best use of available local funding and <br /> prevent future surface water problems from occurring to the maximum practical extent. <br /> i <br /> Amendment Procedures- The amendment procedures section will contain the year the plan <br /> will extend to and establish the process by which amendments may be made. <br /> Schedule T <br /> 49 <br />
