<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> <br />PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF CITY CODE CHAPTER 156, Modifying Language <br /> <br />Regarding Conditional Uses Within the Commercial District (B-1) <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of <br />Centerville, Minnesota will be meeting on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. or <br />shortly thereafter in Council Chambers located at 1880 Main Street, Centerville, MN to <br />consider resident input regarding proposed City Code language modifications to Chapter <br />156, Section 156.030 (L), adding additional requirements for conditional uses of Vehicle <br />Sales, Implement Sales and Building Supply Sales. Among other things the outside sales <br />lot, equipment lot or building supply storage may not exceed one and one half times the <br />area of the building devoted to the related business. The amendment would also provide <br />minimum off-street parking required for these uses.The text contained in this Notice is a <br /> <br />summary and the full text of ordinance is available for inspection at City Hall. <br /> <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign <br />language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m., March 2, 2012. All persons <br />interested are invited to attend and to be heard, verbally or in writing.
