<br /> <br />, <br /> <br />February 16, 2006 <br /> <br />Dallas Larson <br />City of Centerville <br />1880 Main Street. <br />Centerville, MN, 55038 <br /> <br />Dear Dallas: <br /> <br />Enclosed please find information regarding the 2005 franchise fee payments totaling <br />$695,940 from Comcast (page 1, table I) and received by the North Metro <br />Telecommunications Commission on behalf of its member cities. <br /> <br />In keeping with the Joint Powers Agreement, the NMTC has deducted its approved budget <br />for 2006 in the amount of $522,855 before calculating the franchise fees retained by each <br />member city. The franchise fees retained by each member city is shown on page 1, table III. <br /> <br />Copies of the franchise fee checks received can be found on pages 2 through 5.
