Updated information on the <br />Scala system for the city of Ham Lake. <br />a Troubleshot computer/network problems for the city of Circle Pines. <br />a Figured out why extended keyboards were not working for the city <br />of Centerville. Changed software setting so they would work. <br />a Troubleshot various glitches with Centerville, Lexington, Circle <br />Pines, and Centennial Fire Department systems throughout the <br />year. <br />a Built and maintained all of the office computers, network, and <br />editing and graphics computers at the North Metro Community <br />Television facility. <br /> <br />. Video equipment services <br />Whenever one of the cities experiences a problem with their video production <br />equipment or signal Rick is dispatched to help in any way he can. He has <br />successfully advised cities regarding new equipment purchases, done light <br />equipment repair, moved and rewired equipment, and worked with Comcast <br />to make sure that each city has the best signal quality possible, on their <br />government channel.
