PENDING ISSUES 2004 ITEM SUMMARY OF ACTIONS EXPECTED COMPLETION Organize chapters; Rename zoning November /December districts; suggested revisions. Ongoing and continued for discussion to 8/03/04 P & Z meeting; mtg cancelled; to 9/7 Ordinance 4 Revision meeting. Tabled until Fin Dir hired. March, 2004 RCWD indicated that pond EOY was deep enough and not needing to be dredged. 7/09/04 Dredging — RCWD to Eagle Pass Pond do later this year according to Paul. No date given to file new Re- submit SWPPP (result of judge permit. ruling); Annual meeting by March 10. Annual meeting held 3/24/04; Findings of Fact submitted to MPCA. New permitting NPDES II process being reviewed by MPCA. June 2005 7/09/04 Construction ongoing. 8/2/04 Water Tower Completion in June 2005. 7/03 Meeting with Tom Peterson, Ellie Wait for Finance Director to and Paul re developing project close -out get on board. form. 4/28 Meeting with Tom, Paul, and EIIie review draft of Close -Out form put together by EIIie. 7/15/04 EIIie provides final draft copy of form; on Council agenda for 7/28 for approval. Tabled to 8111. 8/12 Council directed staff to expand the form to include items at the Project Close -out Process start of the project. June 2004 Submitted to Council for 10/27 or 11/10. comments. 7/28/04 On Council agenda with proposed revisions from City Attorney. Tabled to 8/11. Tabled to 9/1/04. 9/1 w/s cancelled; on agenda for 8/25 w /s. Need to schedule w/s w/ Council for sometime in November and each worksession after until it is finished. Scheduled for 11/10 and 11/24. 10/27/04 11/10 Worksession for Personnel Policy Personnel Policy pushed back to do CSAH instead. Rezoned, Comp Plan Amendment Unknown proposed, TIF requested by Sedona Homes. 5/26/04 Sedona Homes withdrew request and project. No further action required. 10/1/04 CaII from Paul Keleher asking if there was an end date for site plan approvals. I indicated that I could not find any deadlines. He called the Clerk on 10/4 to ask to put on the 20 Ave Redevelopment 10/13 Council agenda. 3/23/04 Call to Bill Bisek, Craig Bode and Ongoing Paul Burke re forming of Downtown Assoc. for redevelopment. Call to Mike Kraft re meeting with Council to discuss the same. 4/13/04 Downtown group to meet with EDC. 6/8/04 EIIie and I met with group to provide info re TIF. 8/25/04 Downtown Redevelopment On Council agenda for discussion.
