8. Tennessen Warning. MLS will use the information provided on an application to determine if you <br /> meet the qualifications for the Program. You are not legally required to provide any of the <br /> requested information. Failure to provide information, however, will result in the denial of your <br /> application. Submitting false information is grounds for denying your application. All data <br /> submitted on the application, including your name and address, are considered public data. <br /> Certain information on your application may be provided to the State of Minnesota, Anoka <br /> County District Court, Department of Public Safety, any police department or city which utilizes <br /> this Program, or other governmental agencies as required. <br /> 9. Consent to Use of Data. You agree that MLS may collect and use biographical information, <br /> including but not limited to your address and city of offense that is gathered periodically to <br /> facilitate the Program and other services to other communities. MLS may use this data to improve <br /> its products or services as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you. <br /> 10. Indemnification. You indemnify us and hold us harmless for all damages, losses and costs <br /> (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) related to all third party <br /> claims, charges, and investigations, caused by (1) your failure to comply with this Agreement, <br /> including, without limitation, your submission of content that violates third party rights or <br /> applicable laws, (2) any content you submit to the Services, and (3) any activity in which you <br /> engage on or through MLS. <br />
