Res. #12 -0 <br /> A RESOLUTION REESTABLISHING PRECINCT(S) & POLLING <br /> PLACE(S) <br /> WHEREAS, the legislature of the State of Minnesota has been redistricted; and <br /> WHEREAS, the voting precincts in the City must be reestablished with 60 days of being <br /> redistricted; and <br /> WHEREAS, Centerville has one voting precinct. <br /> NOW, THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The boundaries of Precinct 1 are hereby reestablished to coincide with the <br /> boundaries of the City. <br /> 2. The polling place for Precinct 1 remains at St. Genevieve's Community Parish <br /> Center located at 6995 Centerville Road. <br /> Adopted by the City Council this day of March, 2012. <br /> Tom Wilharber, Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> Teresa Bender, Clerk <br /> /�� <br />
