What would you like to see us continue? <br /> Communication between engineer and staff was very good during trail project. Project was completed with <br /> minimum issues and with minor extras.. <br /> Communication between engineer and council is generally very good. Engineer is normally well prepared. <br /> • What have you not liked or least valued about our service? <br /> Issues raised at the last minute regarding the street overlay program caused the postponing of the 2012 street <br /> work. Delay was unnecessary, as there were numerous times during the planning where concerns should <br /> have been voiced. This mistake is considered serious and caused many of the following scores to be lowered. <br /> • What suggestions can you share with us to improve our service? <br /> Pay attention to the planning process.
