GP <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE cl,% <br /> RESOLUTION #12 -0 i0 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING INTERNAL CONTROL PROC ES FOR <br /> THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Centerville has adopted internal control procedures to allocate <br /> duties and responsibilities to staff in order to maximize and safeguard the City's financial <br /> assets, and <br /> WHEREAS, changes in office staffing and realignment of duties in the past year were <br /> necessary due to layoffs, and <br /> WHEREAS, such changes resulted in the need to modify the internal control procedures, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed changes to the internal control procedures were reviewed and <br /> approved by the City's auditors. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> CENTERVILLE, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, that the attached Internal Control <br /> Procedures dated March 28, 2012 are hereby approved. <br /> Adopted by the City Council this, day of March, 2012. <br /> Tom Wilharber, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br />
