These includes item <br /> #12 -008 and 12 -025. <br /> 2. Items that need to be modified are: <br /> • Numbers 12 -013, 12 -014, 12-026 and 12 -027 — change due date to 4-4 -12 <br /> 3. Items to be added are: <br /> • 12 -028 FYI — Diva Dash Special Event: <br /> Staff — clarify permit application and if a permit is required by Anoka <br /> County; <br /> • 12 -029 Trail Side Park: <br /> Administrator Larson — check availability of grant money and also to find <br /> out the lowest amount the SPRWS would accept for this parcel; <br /> • 12 -030 Joint Council/P &R Committee Meeting: <br /> Staff - Contact Pat Branch, via email, & inquire which Wednesday evening <br /> works best for him and then contact remaining committee members with <br /> the chosen date and arrange meeting.; <br /> • 12 -031 Yoga Flyer: <br /> Staff - Forward to Ms. Mary Capra asking her to include this information <br /> with the Fete des Lacs publicity; <br /> • 12 -032 Girl Scouts volunteering with gardens — update: <br /> P. Branch — contact Girl Scouts to determine if they are still interested in <br /> helping with the garden(s); (they were going to evaluate each park to <br /> determine how much they could handle and contact Committee Chair <br /> Branch); <br /> • 12 -033 Thank you letter from Committee: <br /> Staff — to the Dead Broke Saddle Club for their donation of $5,000; <br /> Committee members to sign. <br /> • 12 -034 Thank you letter from Committee: <br /> Staff — To Mr. Wayne LeBlanc for volunteering his expertise with the <br /> telescope at the Family Fun Night in February; Committee members to sign <br /> NOTE 1: all the above added items to be done ASAP <br /> NOTE 2: add as a future action item — check on smart phone applications for the parks map <br /> (no number or date yet) <br /> A revised Action Item List will be provided at the April 4 meeting. <br /> VIII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Amundsen and seconded by Committee <br /> Member Seeley to adiourn the March 7, 2012 Parks and Recreation meeting at <br /> 8:51p.m. All in favor.
