PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> Proposed amendment of Centerville City Code Chapter 156, Modifying <br /> Language Regarding Conditional Uses Within the Commercial District (B -1). <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the <br /> City of Centerville, Minnesota will be meeting on Tuesday, April 4, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. or <br /> shortly thereafter in Council Chambers located at 1880 Main Street, Centerville, MN to <br /> consider resident input regarding proposed City Code language modifications to Chapter <br /> 156, Section 156.030 (L), adding additional requirements for conditional uses of Vehicle <br /> Sales, Implement Sales and Building Supply Sales. Among other things the outside sales <br /> lot, equipment lot or building supply storage may not exceed one and one half times the <br /> area of the building devoted to the related business. The amendment would also provide <br /> minimum off - street parking required for these uses. The text contained in this Notice is a <br /> summary and the full text of ordinance is available for inspection at City Hall. <br /> The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign <br /> language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m., April 2, 2012. All persons <br /> interested are invited to attend and to be heard, verbally or in writing.
