Can a concerned citizen access the meeting minutes and have insight on the workings of the committee. In keeping with the spirt of openness, they should be able to do exactly that. I keep very close taps on what the committee is doing, when I am there and when I am not. If I find the minutes weak, what will the impression be for a citizen who is not a constant follower? I am sure that Linda is doing what she can do within the given time constraints. I am not being critical of her, but the process is still at question. Maybe we need more hours. Keep in mind that I have no idea what the others things of these minutes. We have uncommitted funds in that we could use.
