City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />April 11, 2012 <br />Council Member King gave an update of the activities of the Parks and Recreation <br />Committee stating that most of the information and activities are available on the web site <br />if individuals are interested. Council Member King stated that the Committee will be <br />holding their annual Park Cleanup on Saturday, April 21, 2012, will be meeting at City <br />Hall at 8:30 a.m. and if any individual(s) desire to assist them they may. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber reported that there was a controlled burn in the Carlos Avery Park <br />Reserve and residents may have experience smoke in the air. <br /> <br />Attorney Glaser stated that the ticket education program was entering the next phase and <br />that he would not be at the next meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber convened to the scheduled Closed Executive Session following a five <br />(5) minute break at 8:05 p.m. <br /> <br />X. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION (Unless Otherwise Noted) <br /> <br />1. Performance Review of City Administrator Larson <br /> <br />Council discussed the annual performance review of Administrator Larson and <br />scheduled the continuation of the review for a future meeting. <br /> <br />XI. RECONVENE TO REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETING <br /> <br />1. Performance Review of City Administrator Larson will be continued to a later <br />date not later than six weeks from today. <br /> <br />XII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Love, to <br />adjourn the regularly scheduled Council meeting of April 11, 2012 at 9:15 p.m. All <br />in favor.
