(i Eswbfished 1857 <br />terviffe <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />PROPOSED ADOPTION OF CITY CODE CODIFICATION <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Centerville will <br />consider adopting the proposed code codification. The codification contains all current <br />ordinances of the City with modification in format to comply with the codification <br />process and to promote ease of use. The majority of the ordinances remained intact <br />substantially; however, many sections have been added or modified slightly. The <br />following sections contain more substantial revisions: <br />• Administrative Fines - Added <br />• Public Nuisances — Expanded and Modified <br />• Rental Housing Code — Modifications <br />• Public Utilities Services & Requirements — Modifications <br />The meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2006 commencing at 6:30 p.m. or <br />shortly thereafter. The meeting will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall, 1880 <br />Main Street. <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign <br />language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. March 3, 2006.
