The price published for the <br /> first Monday of the month will be used as that month's diesel fuel price. The prices can be viewed <br /> at the DOE's website: < http : / /tonto.eia.doe.aov /oog/info /wohdp /diesel.asp >. <br /> Proposed Discussion Items: <br /> All prices will remain the same in year 1 (2013) of the new agreement, no change.
