Pcu:.(651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-015 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT <br />AS OUTLINED IN THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A", FOR PROPERTY AT <br />"6805-20th A VENUE SOUTH AND 6845 - 20th AVENUE SOUTH" THIS <br />PROPERTY WILL BE PLACED IN ZONING DISTRICTS INDUSTRIAL (1-1) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to duly given mailed and published notice, the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission held a public hearing on February 7, 2006 and considered public <br />comments regarding the aforementioned amendment and adopted its recommendation to <br />City Council supporting the rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at their regularly scheduled meeting of February 8, 2006 <br />considered the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation and concurred with <br />their motion. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The recommendation for rezoning of the subject property to Industrial I-I <br />is hereby approved. <br />2. That the City Administrator or their designee shall ensure that the <br />comprehensive plan amendment as approved be submitted to the <br />Metropolitan Council for consideration and all documentation associated <br />with the same is hereby approved and shall be recorded and become <br />official record of the City of Centerville. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 8th day of February, 2006. <br /> <br />'-In ~ ~ <br />MaYOr,~ca~ <br /> <br />..
