Non-State Funds Available: $186,000, City Park Funds. <br />9. Proiect Description and Rational: The City of Centerville is proposing to purchase lake <br />front property on Centerville Lake from the S1. Paul Board of Water Commissioners to <br />provide residents of the community access to Centerville Lake. This is the final <br />undeveloped lot on Centerville Lake and, without acquisition; the property will be sold for <br />private use eliminating resident access to the lake in Centerville. <br /> <br />10.
