City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />May 23, 2012 <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher, to <br />approve the Proclamation for Reverend Thomas Fitzgerald as presented. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />2. 2012 Fete des Lacs Permits – Centerville Lions (Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park <br /> a. Special Event Permit <br /> b. Noise Permit (July 27, 2012 – 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m., Junly 28, 2012 – <br />8:00 a.m. – Midnight & July 29, 2012 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.) <br />c. Temporary On-Sale Liquor License (July 27, 2012 – 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 <br />p.m., July 28, 2012 – 10:00 a.m. – Midnight & 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.) <br /> d. Fireworks (July 27, 2012 – Dusk w/Alternate Date July 28, 2012 – Dusk) <br /> e. Temporary Charitable Gambling Permit (Raffle) (July 28, 2012 – 3:00 <br />p.m.) <br /> <br />Administrator Larson stated that all departments had reviewed and proper insurance <br />requirements had been met. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve <br />the Centerville Lions Fete des Lacs Permits and waive all fees as presented. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />3. St. Genevieve’s Parish Festival – Annual Chicken Dinner (Parish Center, 6995 <br />Centerville Road) <br /> a. Special Event Permit <br /> b. Temporary On-Sale Liquor License (Sunday, August 19, 2012 – 10:00 <br />a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) <br />c. Temporary Charitable Gambling Permit (Bingo, Raffle(s), Paddlewheels <br />& Pull-Tabs) <br /> <br />Administrator Larson stated that all departments had reviewed and proper insurance <br />requirements had been met. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member King, to <br />approve the St. Genevieve’s Parish Festival – Annual Chicken Dinner Permits and <br />waive all fees as presented. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />IX.ANNOUNCEMENTS/UPDATES <br /> <br />Administrator Larson brought to the Council’s attention that several permits are now <br />available on-line with the inclusion of on-line payment for them. Council Member <br />Fehrenbacher commended staff for the availability of this option. <br /> <br />Engineer Statz stated that he had completed the Surface Water Management Plan update <br />to Staff for their review, submitted final documentation for the completion of the Trail <br />Project to the proper agencies. <br /> <br />Page 3 of 5 <br /> <br />
