CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> e� MONTHLY ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> For the July 11, 2012 City Council Meeting <br /> Italics = New information. <br /> Normal = No change from last report. <br /> 1. TE Grant Trail Project (000616- 08165 -0). Final payment paperwork /s being processed with the <br /> County. <br /> We have submitted data related to wet /and impacts to the RCWD and are awaiting their comment It <br /> appears that there will need to be some additional mitigation and we are exploring options to satisfy <br /> this requirement. <br /> 2. 2008 Downtown Storm Water Improvements (000616 - 08167 -0). A successful demonstration <br /> of the irrigation system was held in front of local officials from around the region, with lots of positive <br /> feedback. The project has been closed and final payment was made to the contractor. <br /> 3. 2012 Surface Water Management Plan Update (193802237). A draft of the new Surface Water <br /> Management Plan has been submitted to the Rice Creek Watershed District and the Met Council for <br /> their formal review. We will respond to their comments when they are received. <br /> 4. Miscellaneous: <br /> • The scope of the 2013 Street Project was discussed at the last budget meeting. When the next <br /> budget workshop is held, we will present a proposed schedule and budget for the 2013 Street <br /> Project as discussed. <br /> • City Staff are scheduled to meet with Anoka County staff to discuss issues related to the design <br /> and drainage of Centerville Road (CSAH 21) on July 11 `h. <br />
