This land is currently zoned agricultural and is
farmed as hay ground.

Justification

I

This acquisition would allow for the expansion of the City's largest municipal park. The park is heavily utilized by summer youth sporting activities. The parking lot is
currently undersized and the festival committee had to lease additional space from the church for parking during the city celebration. The acquisition of this property would
also allow for a potential location for a community center.

Expenditures
Land Acquisition

2001
150,000
150,000

2002

2003

2004

2005

Total
150,000

150,000

Total

Funding Sources
General Fund
Park Dedication Fees

2001
100,000
50,000

150,000

2002

2003

2004

2005

Total
100,000
50,000

150,000

Total

Operational Impact/Other I
