Enclosed, please find a <br />copy of Ordinance #4, Section 130-140: Outside Storage for your reference. Also <br />enclosed, please find a copy of Ordinance #4, Division 200: Enforcement and Violations. <br /> <br />Our records indicate that numerous letters have been forwarded to you in regards to this <br />same issue, since 1992, and you are aware of the Ordinance requirements. <br /> <br />It has also been brought to the City's attention that all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) are being <br />operated in your yard for excessive periods of time and the same is a violation of City <br />Ordinance #49. Enclosed, please find a copy of Ordinance #49, Section 1 - Noises <br />Prohibited, Subdivision 1. Also enclosed, please find a copy of Ordinance #49, Section 3 <br />- Enforcement, Subdivision 2. <br /> <br />Our records also indicate that numerous letters have been forwarded to you in regards to <br />this same issue, since 1997, and you are aware of the Ordinance requirements. <br /> <br />The City requests that you abate both of these violations within ten (10) days of receipt of <br />this letter, Friday, June 6, 2003.
