August 13, 2012 <br /> To: City Council <br /> From: Dallas Larson, Administrator <br /> Re: Parking Issues on Mound Trail <br /> Recall that a resident of Mound Trail came to your meeting on June 27, 2012, requesting <br /> parking restrictions to address the problem of individuals parking along Mound Trail in <br /> order to access the Anoka County Park. Staff was instructed to survey Mound Trail <br /> property owners to see if there was a consensus for some form of action. <br /> The survey of residents indicated the following: <br /> Not concerned- okay as is 7 <br /> Permit parking only 7 <br /> Hour of day parking restrictions 3 <br /> The bulk of those requesting permit or hour of day restrictions live very near the end of <br /> Mound Trail. One thoughtful resident suggested a sign saying: "No Beach Parking." <br /> That could be a viable suggestion. <br /> 20 <br />
