CALL TO ORDER <br /> Roll Call <br /> Chairperson Branch called the August 1, 2012 Parks & Recreation Committee Meeting to <br /> order at 6:38p.m. at Hidden Springs Park. <br /> II. SET AGENDA <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Amundsen, seconded by Committee Member <br /> Grahek to add number 2 "Status of Open Committee Seat" under Committee <br /> Business. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> III. APPEARANCES <br /> NONE <br /> IV. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> Consideration of the July 11, 2012 Parks and Recreation Committee meeting minutes: <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Seeley, seconded by Committee Member Amundsen <br /> to approve the July 11, 2012 meeting minutes as presented.
