Construction of the stormwater facilities may be accomplished through coordinated <br /> private improvements and public improvements, and maintenance of the stormwater facilities <br /> may be accomplished through district -wide assessments and user fees. Individual stormwater <br /> improvements that are not part of the planned regional stormwater management facilities are <br /> not permitted in the M -2 District. <br /> (Ord. 2d, #3.
