<br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning Commission held its regular <br />meeting on April 3, 2012, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br /> Chairperson Darrin Mosher <br /> <br />Commissioner Eric Larson <br />Commissioner Russ Koski <br />Commissioner Olaf Lee (Arrived at 6:34 p.m.) <br />Commissioner Thomas Wood <br />Commissioner Matthew Montain <br />Commissioner James Flint <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> None <br /> <br />STAFF: <br /> Administrator Dallas Larson <br /> <br />OTHERS PRESENT: <br /> Council Member D Love <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER. <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Mosher at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />1.Roll Call <br /> <br />All present except Lee. <br /> <br />Commissioner Lee arrived at 6:34 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />II.PUBLIC HEARING - Proposed amendment to City Code Section 156.030, (L) <br />Conditional Uses in Commercial B-1 Zoning District. <br /> <br /> <br />Notice was duly given by publishing in the Citizen. No one was present to speak with <br /> <br />regard to the proposed amendment. <br /> <br />The Commission discussed the proposed amendment. Consensus was that the changes <br />were acceptable, but it was suggested that the amendment Change 156.030, L, c, allow <br />vehicle storage in a screened area in addition to storage within buildings, but that outside <br />storage should have a 90 day time limit. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Lee, seconded by Commissioner Montain to close the public <br />hearing at 7:40 p.m. All in favor.
