CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Mosher at 6:30 p.m. <br /> 1. Roll Call <br /> II. PUBLIC HEARING - Amending City Code, Chapter 156, Section 156.016 — 156.052 & <br /> Zoning Districts by Grid <br /> Administrator Larson reviewed the modifications to the grid that were suggested by the City <br /> Attorney. Most of the changes related to daycare and residential facilities that are necessary to <br /> conform to State law. The Commission requested that staff draft guidelines for the placement of <br /> residential facilities that treat juvenile sex offenders. Also, the City Attorney will provide some <br /> needed definitions. <br /> No one present wished to offer comments on the proposed ordinance amendment. No written <br /> comments have been received. <br /> The hearing was duly closed. <br /> III. OLD BUSINESS - Snowmobile Regulations. <br /> Nothing to report, still waiting on neighboring cities. <br /> IV. NEW BUSINESS. <br /> 1.
