All in favor. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />2. August 22, 2012 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member King to approve <br />the presented August 22, 2012 City Council Meeting Minutes. <br /> <br />Discussion: Council Member Fehrenbacher stated that he was listed as being present and <br />absent. Council Member Fehrenbacher was absent from the meeting. <br /> <br />A friendly amendment to the motion was made to modify the meeting minutes to reflect <br />that Council Member Fehrenbacher was not present at the August 22, 2012 Council <br />Meeting. <br /> <br />Council Member Fehrenbacher abstained.
