TE Grant Trail Project (000616- 08165 -0). Final payment paperwork is being processed with the <br /> County. <br /> We are exploring alternatives to mitigate wetland impacts beyond those initially permitted under the <br /> project. <br /> We are addressing some pay quantity discrepancies with the Contractor's concrete subcontractor. <br /> 2. 2008 Downtown Storm Water Improvements (000616- 08167 -0). A record plan of the project <br /> is being produced. <br /> 3. 2012 Surface Water Management Plan Update (193802237). The plan has been completed and <br /> will be accepted by the Rice Creek Watershed District on October 10 The City Council should also <br /> formally adopt the plan. <br /> 4. 2013 Street and Utility Improvements (193801520). A draft of the Feasibility Report will be <br /> discussed at the City Council workshop on the 10 We will also be on hand to discuss the comments <br /> heard at the Project Open House, held on October 3" <br /> 5. Miscellaneous: <br /> • City Staff again met with Anoka County staff and discussed the design of improvements to <br /> Centerville Road (CSAH 21). The City will need to let Anoka County know their preference on a <br /> few items, including our intentions with regard to streetscaping and other improvements on <br /> Centerville Road between Heritage St. and Main Street. The p /an is taking shape and will be <br /> ready for public input in late 2012 or early 2013. <br /> 85 <br />
