CALL TO ORDER. <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Mosher at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />1.Roll Call <br /> <br /> <br />II.PUBLIC HEARING - <br />Amending City Code, Chapter 156, Section 156.016 – 156.052 & <br /> <br />Zoning Districts by Grid <br /> <br />Administrator Larson reviewed the modifications to the grid that were suggested by the City <br />Attorney. Most of the changes related to daycare and residential facilities that are necessary to <br />conform to State law. The Commission requested that staff draft guidelines for the placement of <br />residential facilities that treat juvenile sex offenders. Also, the City Attorney will provide some <br />needed definitions. <br /> <br />No one present wished to offer comments on the proposed ordinance amendment. No written <br />comments have been received. <br /> <br />The hearing was duly closed. <br /> <br /> <br />III.OLD BUSINESS - <br />Snowmobile Regulations. <br /> <br />Nothing to report, still waiting on neighboring cities. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />IV.NEW BUSINESS. <br /> <br /> <br /> 1.
