<br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, <br />that the City Council of the City of Centerville, Minnesota will meet on Wednesday, <br />November 28, 2012 in Council Chamber of the City of Centerville, 1880 Main Street, commencing at 6:30 p.m. or <br />shortly thereafter to consider making the proposed improvements as follows: <br /> <br />1. Beginning at 6:30 p.m.--- Peterson Trail from Main Street to Fox Run, Fox Run from Peterson <br />Trail westerly to its terminus in the cul-de-sac, Hayfield Road from Peterson Trail to Mill Road and <br />all of Houle Circle, by removal and replacement of asphalt pavement and related drainage <br />improvements. <br />th <br />2. Beginning at 7:15 p.m.-- Center Street from Dupre Road to 20 Avenue, Sumac Court and Ivy <br />Court by, reconstruction of base and street pavement, curb, storm sewer and related drainage <br />improvements and construction of utilities in advance of paving, and <br /> <br />It is the intent of the City to assess the benefiting properties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant <br />to Minnesota State Statute §429.011 to 429.111. The estimated cost of the improvements total $1,892,750. Such <br />person(s) that desire to be heard with reference to such improvement will be heard at said time and place.
