<br /> Under Minnesota Statue 604A.12 of the Sponsor(s) of livestock activities are not liable for the injury or death of a
<br /> participant, or a spectator in an unauthorized area, arising from the inherent risk of livestock activities. Inherent risk
<br /> means the dangers arising from the propensity of livestock to behave in unpredictable ways, including kicking, biting,
<br /> spooking in response to sound, sudden movement, unfamiliar objects, persons and other animals.
<br /> The undersigned agrees for himself or herself, dependents, heirs, executors, administrators, assigns and for persons
<br /> coming onto the premises with the undersigned's express or implied permission, invitation or knowledge to assume all
<br /> risk and hazards and agree to fully INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS, Bunker Park Stable, and their
<br /> shareholders, owners, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives (hereinafter "Stable "), from: (1) any
<br /> and all claims, demands, liability injuries, death, property damage or loss or other remedies or damages arising out of or
<br /> resulting from the INHERENT RISKS of participating in or observing horse related activities including but not limited to,
<br /> the risk of horses kicking, biting, spooking, tripping and falling, and from (2) any and all claims resulting from the
<br /> NEGLIGENCE, vicarious or direct, of the stable including but not limited to, hayrides, carriage rides, sleigh rides, trail
<br /> rides, riding lessons, clinics and exhibitions, leased horses, scout badges, failure to check or maintain equipment, the
<br /> operation, maintenance and supervision of the premises, improvements to real property or the boarding, training,
<br /> breeding, or keeping of horses on the premises.
