<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON CONSTRUCTION FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH <br />AN UNNAMED STREET THAT RUNS PARALLEL TO MAIN STREET <br />THST <br />BETWEEN 20 & 21 AVENUES SOUTH <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, <br />that the City Council of the City of Centerville will <br />meet in the council chambers of the City Hall at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter on <br />st <br />Wednesday, March 22, 2006 to consider the making of a improvements to 21 Avenue <br />South from a point approximately 600 feet south of Main Street to a point approximately <br />1,400 feet south of Main Street and continuing on a new unnamed state parallel to Main <br />th <br />Street westerly to 20 Avenue South, by installation of watermain, sanitary sewer, street <br />pavement, curb, storm sewer and related drainage improvements pursuant to Minnesota <br />State Statute 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such <br />improvement is the benefited property. The estimated cost of the improvement is <br />1,399,195. <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assistance devices or a sign <br />language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. March 17, 2006.
