CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Wilharber called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> • II. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> None. <br /> III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Mayor Wilharber reviewed the presented Set Agenda which included additional Check <br /> #27564- 27569, Res. #12 -024 — Calling for Public Hearing on Street Improvements and <br /> the addition of Item #4 under New Business: Proclamation for Homeless Awareness <br /> Month. <br /> Motion was made by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Love, to <br /> approve the Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> 1. October 10, 2012 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> Council Member Fehrenbacher requested that the minutes be modified to reflect that <br /> Council Member Love made the motion regarding Findings and Decision Related to <br /> Chapter 156.006 & 156.016- 156.052. <br /> • Motion was made by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member <br /> Paar, to approve the October 10, 2012 City Council Meeting Minutes with <br /> correction.
