<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the <br />City of Centerville, Minnesota will meet and consider resident input regarding the <br />submission of a proposed Conditional Use Permit Request for the use and storage of <br />U-Haul vehicles (not to exceed 4 trucks), trailers (not to exceed 4 trailers), pontoon <br />(not to exceed 1 during summer months) and kayaks (not to exceed 4 during <br />summer months) at 1825 Main Street. The parcel is zoned as B-1 (Commercial) <br />and City Code, Section 156.030 does not explicitly mention such use as permitted <br />or conditional uses. The Commission will meet on December 4, 2012 commencing <br />at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chamber of City Hall located at 1880 Main Street, <br />Centerville, MN 55038. <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a <br />sign language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m., November 30, 2012. <br />All persons interested are invited to attend and to be heard, verbally or in writing. <br />You may call City Hall at (651) 429-3232 if you have any questions or wish to <br />obtain a copy of the complete text of this Chapter.
