<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the <br />City of Centerville, Minnesota will meet and consider resident input regarding <br />th <br />proposed rezoning of 7087 – 20 Avenue South from P-1 (Public) to B-1 <br />(Commercial). The purpose of the rezoning is the City is no longer utilizing it for <br />public use. The Commission will meet on December 4, 2012 commencing at 6:30 <br />p.m. in Council Chamber of City Hall located at 1880 Main Street, Centerville, MN <br />55038. <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a <br />sign language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m., November 30, 2012. <br />All persons interested are invited to attend and to be heard, verbally or in writing. <br />You may call City Hall at (651) 429-3232 if you have any questions or wish to <br />obtain a copy of the complete text of this Chapter.
