Introduction. This agreement ( "Agreement ") between you and iGovernment Solutions <br /> ( "iGovernment ") consists of the Ticket Payment Program or the Municipal Violations Bureau <br /> ( "Program ") policy and conditions. A description of the Program is available at the Education <br /> Program Info URL located at http:// www. payyourticket .org /programinfo.html or other such URL <br /> as iGovemment may provide from time to time. "You" means any entity identified in the <br /> application form submitted by the same or affiliated person, or agent acting on your behalf, which <br /> shall also be bound by the terms of this Agreement. <br /> 2. Purpose. The mission of iGovernment is to provide relevant public safety education or objectives <br /> to offenders through an automated web application allowing offenses to remain unreported from a <br /> driving record and pay for this service only using revenue collected from the related offenses <br /> committed within the communities served by iGovernment. To achieve our mission, we make <br /> services available online and on your mobile phone to help educate you regarding the laws of <br /> Minnesota. <br /> 3. Scope and Intent. You agree that by applying for this program you are entering into a legally • <br /> binding agreement with iGovernment. Only persons 18 years old or older may participate in the <br /> Programs provided by iGovernment. Any participant 17 years of age or younger must obtain <br /> permission from their parent or legal guardian before participating in this program, and other <br /> requirements may apply. <br /> 4. Program Participation. Participation in this Program is subject to iGovernment's approval and <br /> your continued compliance with the Program policies and requirements. iGovernment reserves <br /> the right to refuse participation to any applicant or participant at any time and that decision is <br /> within its sole discretion. <br /> 5. Parties Responsibilities. You are required to complete all of the program requirements, including <br /> but not limited to paying the program fee, completing the educational seminar and testing, or <br /> meeting specific objectives. iGovemment shall dismiss the citation prior to your court date once <br /> the requirements are complete. <br /> 6. Termination; Cancellation. You cannot terminate participation in this program once the program <br /> fee has been paid. No refunds will be given. You must complete the program requirements <br /> otherwise you forfeit the program fees. <br /> 7. Program Requirements. You understand and agree that the program features may vary. Use of the <br /> Program depends on the offense(s) you have been cited by law enforcement.
