City of Centerville <br /> Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> November 13, 2012 <br /> Buechler, would like to be able to store eight trucks, four kayaks and one pontoon on the <br /> site at any given time. <br /> Lengthy discussion was had regarding the requirements for operating such a business <br /> under a Conditional Use Permit, the necessity of a dust free surface and whether grass fit <br /> that definition, parking requirements, outside storage, a parking lot, not building on the <br /> parcel, Rice Creek Watershed approval, and whether All Season Rental, 7129 — 20 <br /> Avenue North had been granted a Conditional Use Permit to operate. <br /> Consensus of the Commission was to schedule a public hearing for December 14, 2012 to <br /> consider public input subject to Mr. Buechler's payment of the appropriate fees associated <br /> with the processing of the submitted application. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Larson, seconded by Commissioner Koski to the schedule a <br /> public hearing on the proposed Conditional Use Permit Application for December 4, <br /> 2012 at 6:30 p.m. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> None <br /> VII. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> Motion by Commissioner Koski, seconded by Commissioner Lee to approve minutes <br /> from the October 2, 2012, meeting as presented. All in favor. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING ADJOURNMENT <br /> Motion by Commissioner Lee, seconded by Commissioner Koski to adjourn the <br /> meeting at 8:50 p.m. All in favor.
