CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> • NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the <br /> City of Centerville, Minnesota will meet and consider resident input regarding the <br /> submission of a proposed Conditional Use Permit Request for the use and storage of <br /> U -Haul vehicles (not to exceed 4 trucks), trailers (not to exceed 4 trailers), pontoon <br /> (not to exceed 1 during summer months) and kayaks (not to exceed 4 during <br /> summer months) at 1825 Main Street. The parcel is zoned as B -1 (Commercial) <br /> and City Code, Section 156.030 does not explicitly mention such use as permitted <br /> or conditional uses. The Commission will meet on December 4, 2012 commencing <br /> at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chamber of City Hall located at 1880 Main Street, <br /> Centerville, MN 55038. <br /> The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a <br /> sign language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m., November 30, 2012. <br /> All persons interested are invited to attend and to be heard, verbally or in writing. <br /> You may call City Hall at (651) 429 -3232 if you have any questions or wish to <br /> obtain a copy of the complete text of this Chapter.
