<br /> NEGLIGENCE, vicarious or direct, of the stable including but not limited to, hayrides, carriage rides, sleigh rides, trail
<br /> rides, riding lessons, clinics and exhibitions, 'leased horses, scout badges, failure to check or maintain equipment, the
<br /> operation, maintenance and supervision of the premises, improvements to real property or the boarding, training,
<br /> breeding, or keeping of horses on the premises.
