CITY OF CENTERVILLE, COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the "Council ") of the City of Centerville, Anoka County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 2, 2012, at 6:30 p.m., at the City Hall, in the City of Centerville, Minnesota, relating to the amendment of Development District No. 1 and the establishment of Tax Increment Financing (Economic Development) District No. 7, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 through 469.134, both inclusive, as amended and Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 through 469.1799, both inclusive, as amended. The City Council will consider granting a business subsidy in connection with the development of the subject commercial property. Copies of the Development Program and Tax Increment Financing Plan as proposed to be adopted, will be on file and available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk at City Hall. With regard to the business subsidy, any person with residence in or the owner of taxable property in the City may file a written complaint with the City if the City fails to comply with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 116J.993 to 116J.995, and no action may be filed against the City for the failure to comply unless a written complaint is filed. The property included in Development District No. 1 is described in the Development Program on file in the office of the City Clerk. The property proposed to be included in Tax Increment Financing (Economic Development) District No. 7 is described in the Tax Increment Financing Plan on file in the office of the City Administrator.
