The <br />Commission is concemed about the ongoing health of the employees and feels obligated to provide them a <br />safe place to wotk. The Commission is interested in 3. resolution to the mold issue and wants to assure staff <br />that appropriate measures are being taken. At this point, the Commission feels they do not have adequate <br />information to answer our conc~ Therefo~ we are asking for a written response to the fonowing <br />questions. <br /> <br />1) High levels of mold were found in 1998 and they have now reoccuaed What was recommended in <br />1998 to emute 'Chat the mold would :not return? We would like a copy of my reports issued by the <br />coo.tmctor/ consultant which address !his issu~ . <br /> <br />2) What kind of testing has been done at ibis time? What areas were teSted and why 1hese areas? What <br />we2:e the results of 1he tests? We afe requesting a copy of any :reports addtessing this issue. <br /> <br />3) What recommendations has McGregot Peatce made for eliminating 1he current mold and preventing <br />future growth? We ate requesting copies of any reports by McGregor Pearce xegatding 1he 1tlold <br />issues. <br /> <br />4) What teCOmJnendations has Partners Service Team or anyone else made fOr e.1iminati:ng the current <br />mold and preventing future growth? We ate requesting copies of any reports by PartnetS Sernce <br />Team or anyone else regarding the mold issues. . <br /> <br />5) What does the City of Circle Pines plan on doing to el.1'nM~ 1he mold and prevent futute growth? <br />HoW' did you come to 'this decision and why? <br /> <br />Please respond with the above infonnation by May 5, 2003..
