Music Jamboree — Mr. Tom Lee has proposed via e-mail to hold a Music <br /> Jamboree on a weekend in June as a kick off for the 2012 Music -in- the -Parks <br /> season. Details of the Music Jamboree are not available at the present time. <br /> Mr. Lee will be invited to appear at the February meeting to discuss his plans. <br /> 4. January Skating Party and Hay Ride <br /> Discussion was had regarding the necessity for canceling the January 14, 2012 Skate <br /> Night and Hayride due to the lack of ice and warm weather. It was determined to <br /> confirm the rescheduling of the hayride for the February 11, 2012 skate night non- <br /> weather dependent. <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Branch and seconded by Committee <br /> Member Amundsen to cancel the Skating Night and Havride scheduled for <br /> January 14 and reschedule this activity for February 11, 2012. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 5. Wargo Nature Center — Cooperative Programs <br /> Committee Member Seeley reported that the charge of $100 is the same as in 2011. <br /> Wargo Nature Center will provide snowshoes and/or a naturalist and telescope for <br /> studying the stars. Both the snowshoes and stargazing are weather dependent. <br /> 6. Centennial Lakes Little League <br /> A letter was received requesting reserving LaMotte Fields & Facilities from April 1 <br /> — August 1, 2012 — M -F, 4:00 pm to Dusk. The permit application was discussed. <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Grahek and seconded by Committee <br /> Member Seeley to approve the request from the Centennial Lakes Little League <br /> to reserve LaMotte Fields and Facilities from April 1 through August 1. 2012 <br /> Monday through Friday from 4:00 pm to Dusk. All in favor. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> 7. Centennial Lakes Little League <br /> A letter was received regarding their concerns about the in -field of field #1 at Laurie <br /> LaMotte Memorial Park.
