Outdoor Recreation Grant Application <br /> <br />Mayor Capra opened the public hearing at 6:37 p.m. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson explained that the City proposes to make application for grant <br />funds and a requirement of that process is this public hearing. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra outlined the grants being requested and the intended use for the funds <br />noting that it is for park and trail improvement and to assist with the cost to purchase the <br />property from the St. Paul Water Utility. <br /> <br />Page 2 of 13 <br /> <br />g <br />
