<br />City of Centervi1le <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />Februaly 22, 2006 <br /> <br />City Attorney Hoeft indicated that actions like this affect someone adversely for a <br />temporary amount of time.. He then said that the City can wait but is at the mercy of what <br />else comes in during that time. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra suggested Larson work with the resident to iron out what would be allowed <br />and the moratorium can be lifted at any time. She then said that she would look to put <br />this in place now but she wants Staff to work with Mr. Fisher to determine what the <br />Ordinances will allow and determine the issue last time on the garage.
